It was much pleasanter at home — when one wasn’t always growing larger and smaller, and being ordered about by mice and rabbits. I almost wish I hadn’t gone down that rabbit-hole — and yet — and yet — it’s rather curious, you know, this sort of life!

We’re preparing to begin our charity selection for 2015. To that end, I’d like to take this opportunity to update you on some changes to our policies in this area, and our selection criteria.
We want you to have absolute confidence that when you give, you’re giving to a worthy cause. To that end, we’ll be taking a more comprehensive approach in our selection process. This will include reviewing the practices of each charity on our shortlist, what other organisations it is affiliated with, and verifying that it uses only evidence based scientific medical practices for the treatment of animals in its care. More checks may be carried out as necessary.
We’re open to suggestions of course! If you would like to suggest a charity, please email email@example.com with details of the charity, where it is based, what it does, and it’s charity commission registration number.
Finally, we know we have still not yet announced our total from the 2014 charity. We’ve got something special planned for the announcement – we hope you’ll agree it will be worth the wait! Stay tuned!
